Chapter 9:1-41

Josh Higgins' first class after moving to Tampa, picking up a study of John already in progress at chapter 9. He opens by handing the class the chapter-summary method he wants them to use (caption, contents, chief people, choice verses, challenges, cross references) then works through the healing itself: clay made from spit, the pool of Siloam, and a command to go with no promise of sight attached. Much of the hour sits with the disciples' "who sinned?" and what suffering is for, before the man's "one thing I know" and Jesus seeking him out after he is cast out.
