About this sermon

Joshua Higgins opens with two trips home, to Washington and to Colorado, and the discovery that home stopped being about burritos and burgers and became about who is at the table. From there he argues that we routinely shrink heaven into a riverside mansion or an assisted-living home for tired saints, when Colossians 3, John 14 and Revelation 21 present it as unhindered presence with God and the repair of humanity's oldest problem, separation. He ends on John Piper's question: could you be satisfied with heaven if Christ were not there?
