Rooted in Christ's Wisdom - Joshua Higgins

Joshua Higgins opens with a NASA engineer who caught a twenty-cent tax error at a drive-thru and drove off proud of himself: and without his food. Intelligence, he argues, is not wisdom. The third lesson in Rooted in Christ works through Colossians 1:24-2:8, where Paul insists the treasures of wisdom are not hidden from believers but hidden for them in Christ. Higgins traces the lie that truth lies inward back to Genesis 3, presses that wisdom is Spirit-given and prayer-driven, and lands on the wisdom of the cross.
